Anyone else experiencing connection issues since patch 8.9?

Whenever I play, the game connects as it normally would. Everything is running as it normally would. My ping is regularly between 37 ms and 39 ms.

HOWEVER, the game acts like it disconnects every minute or so. I will click on the screen but the game won't register my input for 2-3 seconds. Then it just starts working again as if nothing happened. My internet seems to be doing fine with every other game I play and every other service I use. I am still open to the idea that the problem could be on my end though.

I don't know if this is a connection issue with Riot's servers or what. My ISP can be weird but I have never had this problem before. Usually when my ISP goes wonky, all of my internet services are affected. Not JUST League.
