Solo queue Destroyed?

Recently in ranked ive noticed that im being put in a lot of queue's where theres a premade group of 3-4 people this doesn't bother me but what does is the fact that im now put in a queue where my team mates will completely ignore helping me in any way shape or form which has been the cause of a lot of loses. Example a few games ago i was put with a lulu support as caitlyn, this lulu was part of a 4 man group and completely abandoned, and ignored me all game i didnt get any ults, shields, or speed buffs, not only that but we loss bot lane because of it she wasnt even in lane at all she was helping everyone else. we lost that match because our bot inhib was taken 15 minutes in no one came to help me it was as if there were no team mates in the game at all and i was in a 2v1 till surrender. just my thoughts on solo queue
