Gangplank barrel bug

Lost a fight due to vayne taking almost no damage from my gangplank barrel, i even Q'd her later and it still did no damage. I though "maybe she life stealed when it went of" but she didnt, and before the encounter i hit shaco with a barrel and it did the regular damage to him but not vayne.
