So....how do you beat akali
before i throw out my bags of salt on this champ i wanna get some advice. How do you beat akali, cause nothing would be more blissful than shoving my fist down the mastery 7 spamming akalis i run across.

is very useful tool against her
Depends on who you are playing as. In general you want to try and bully/farm like crazy while she is pre-six. She also has terrible waveclear so forcing her to tower to lose farm while you roam is also a strong strategy.
From my experience it goes like this: Try to harass pre lvl 6 unless you are playing a weak melee. After 6 you will start feeding her because there is nothing you can do unless you have more mobility than her but since 95% of roster doesnt, you will start dying, maybe a little bit if you can CC her, maybe a lot if you are immobile with low CC. After that wait for minute 30-40 and try not to lose. If you managed not to lose too much stuff by that time, she will instantly turn into a walking piece of shit that blows half a squishy HP and dies instantly without bringing anything to the team. Proceed to win 5v4.

Knowing some things about her kit might help you.
Her passive requires her to auto-attack twice. The first time heals her, the second hit deals a portion of damage. Then it goes on cooldown. Her stealth is a short-range hop, most of the time this means she'll end up on the radius of the stealth when she casts it.
Most of her dps comes from being close-range, so anything you can do to create even a bit of distance can help, though her R's range is good enough to keep her their if she's dedicated. If she hits you with her Q, (you'll be marked) try to use this as your window to stall her, if you can stall the full 6 seconds, you deny her energy restore, which means in an extended fight her energy might be a compromising factor for her.
Don't actively engage her while she's in her cloud if you can help it, the movespeed alone will be a nuisance. Also avoid engaging her around minions. While the aggro might help you, the cooldown reduction/reset on her Crescent Slash (E) will be shorter if she kills any of them.
There's not really a lot to her difficulty when you break it down. Her basic chain is to get into range, usually using her R/W, Q then just auto-attack and E (crescent slash). She can't hard CC you, which is something important to note, just a soft-slow. This means she's just a moving ball of dps, but has no real security to pin down targets. She usually will save her W for escaping a losing fight, but this just makes her movement more predictable in some cases. (She'll usually go for the nearest bush or tower... or she'll beeline the direction she thinks you won't go/away from your initial direction.)
Play panth
I don't really have a good answer to this. Only way to consistently beat pubstomp champions is pretty much good play. There isn't really an easy way to teach good laning over one text comment. She thrives on enemy players that don't play around enemy cooldowns or minion advantages. That's why she is so hard to beat in lower elos.
Well, if it was 2011, you'd just let her get fed with 95% of the other team's kills. Then smash her face in at the start of a fight and clean up the rest of the underfed team. *shrug* couldn't tell you how to do it now.

Reveal mechanics are your friend. A few champs have these. Any skillshots can still hit her in stealth. Of course, strong AoE will mean she can run, but she can't hide.
AD picks have a lot of really good MR builds right now, so that might be a good place to stick. At a guess, you may want to pick bruisers into her on top, and something like Kassadin or Zyra mid, if Zyra mid is still a thing. It doesn't take a lot to out-poke her, but you don't want to be a sitting duck on those R-ins; if you don't have something that will stop her movement up, she's going to give you a real hard time of it.
People struggle against this champ? Huh.
Anyway, your main goal is to harass her pre 6 as much as possible. During this time she is weak as donkey dicks. Her main source of damage before 6 is Q > AA/E > E/AA > AA. During this time, of course, you have prime opportunity to trade back.
Post 6, it's a whole new ball game. I can safely assure you if you aren't prepared for her Q > R shenanigans you'll die simply due to you not preparing yourself. The damage is quite substantial, and if she runs ignite and has a Revolver you are very much dead most of the time.
Luckily, this is all a telegraph. When she Q's post 6, you KNOW you're getting hit with a R, or at least you should assume. It's not the end of the world if you do, obviously, but your main this is, if you get Q'd, try not to get ulted right after. Damage is far less worse when her Q isn't popped by her R.
Matchup wise, as long as you understand what champion you have, you should be able to handle her. I used to be a Ekko one-trick and I just knew my level 2 blows her up 9/10, and my Q is basically harass central.
TL;DR - Harass early, respect ult damage, do not fight in minion wave w/ her.
Go to the item search and select "Magic Resistance".
Depends who you are playing as. Akali is bad against fighters who have a defensive item. She is bad against ranged champs that zone her out, she is bad in teamfights because she is squishy and melee. If she is using energy to wave clear, she won't have any for the fight if you engage her.
Akalis issue has always been that she has no real counterplay, and this is amplified even more now that you can't destroy her shroud, so when she is even close to a decent position she gets nerfed.
Truth is, you really CAN'T do anything against her after level 6 other than CC her in a teamfight, and before that you have to bully her into oblivion and hope that you're on a champion she can't trade back against. Otherwise, get ready to feel like you can't do anything.
She's really good against most assassins and early game bruisers, but once you get your powerspike as a bruiser she can't beat you anymore if you play it properly.
and
can deal with her and most Juggernauts like
will make her life a nightmare in lane.
