New Twitch mini rewrok

hi guys so i know u all hate how twitch comes from stealth and AoE rengars all of your team right but we also dont get any alert when twitch about to pop off from stealth :(

so i was thinking and come with cool idea see how get unique passive where she cant buy boots cause she half snake woman

so Twitch, The plague rat is some mutated rat, "a connoisseur of filth by passion". and rats stink! a big humanoid rat like him should stink massive compared to small rodents. and he also carries toxin/poison, uses it in his attacks, which should also give away foul stench

so twitch new passive, is he is smelly! every champ on rift is alert to his presence in or out of stealth, with a visual mist/air like indicator, much like blood scent think, only green in color.

this give him much needed counter play, enemies will know where he could be coming from!

but is also a huge nerf to twitch, so another part of passive: all champs are affected by his smell, and lose 5% stats from every source.

new interaction with : twitch's strong odor interferes with Warwick's blood scent ability, lowering his movespeed bonus toward hunted targets

new interaction with : using Windwall, Yasuo can remove the 5% stat debuff from stink for a short amount of time.

jungle effect: wolf camp is extra aggressive to twitch

new item: nose peg: to get rid of 5% stat debuff

new item(twitch only): deo stick, gets rid of this stinky passive for 5 min
