Played as Thresh in ARAM. ,,You must own the champion in order to earn its mastery chest." Is it bug or can you actually get Chests from ARAM? If yes I am crying I never bought Tresh.

Why downvote? It's a serious question, I want to know...

Seems to be a bug where the wrong message is displayed. Basically, you could have earned a key fragment, but didn't own the champ, so you don't get anything. For whatever reason, the resulting notification defaults to saying "Mastery chest" instead of "key fragment."

Interesting, I didn't know owning champ would be needed. They might change it since you cannot really choose to have randomly chosen someone out of free roll. Thank you for answering.
