Thoughts on Hecarim builds

What builds do you guys think are best? I have been playing him a bit and personally like jugernaut on stalkers blade with triforce and mobi boots, then finishing with yoomuus into sunfire and spirit visage but what builds do you guys use?

I will never build juggernaut on anyone I just hold on to my trail blazers or wattever I got, and build everything else and jsut ell the machete for a better tank item
