Fleet Footwork + Overheal + Relic Shield is new meta, you become disproportionately tanky and hard to kill.
Vayne will actually be a decent champion again and Boards' unbridled hate will finally have a foundation to stand on.

Zane Zephyr1 votesWell, the thing is with overheal is that for you to have the shield means you have to be at full health and not fighting so in all practicality it wouldnt really help you much if you arent topped off constantly and that kind of diminishes the purpose of it
