Not sure if anyone feels the same way, I'm not saying she's op or too weak, but in my opinion, just like Galio, she has become way too straight forward. Her abilities are extremely easy to land, especially for how bursty she is. I wanna say she is the easiest champ out there. She's worse off than Galio was.

I feels, but that's what AI bots are for. No champ should be easier for the sake of learning, 450 ip does not mean beginner champ :)
