he has irelia syndrome, too much true dmg tied to fast autoattacks.
irelia and max w does 80 TRUE DMG ON HIT.... yi does around 40 but every other attack is a double hit...imagine irelia with yi attack speed..

Nope. Double strike applies on-hit effects normally. The ratio isn't even reduced since it's based on his AD and not the damage of the auto. Which is also why stacked Rageblade is insanely powerful on Yi.

Come on dude, you should check out before saying complete bs. First off, Yi's doublestrike indeed deals half damage, but ON THE AUTOATTACK part, not the on-hit one. It deals 50% AD damage but fully applies on-hit effects. Yi's E is an on-hit effect. If you don't know that, your credibility goes really low. And FYI, I play in diamond with 440k as Master Yi.

Sasogwa3 votesOk just checked it in game and got a recording. You are wrong, the true damage part of the autoattack is unchanged whether it's a normal autoattack or a doublestrike autoattack.

The normal damage autoattack deals 18 true damage, the double strike auto deals 18 true damage as well (look for the numbers in white)

they deal "more" yes but not consistantly. like how i compared xin and aatrox. aatrox has way better stats then xin but xin has much greater uptime and is way more consistant.
