"Grounded" needs to be everywhere. Every slow should include it.

Please do not make this like Veigar's cage where he gets unique functionality that NEEDS to be global.

Every kind of slow needs grounded added to it. Further, this does not require a mass rebalancing; nonmobile champs get this "for free" because mobile champs have been jumping through walls for free for years now. Essentially, the definition of slow should become "moves slower and cannot use movement abilities", making it actually relevant.

This could actually be a turning point against the league of mobility strangling the life out of this game, but only if it is utilized correctly; ie. as often as possible, preferably everywhere. (The only advantage already mobile champs get with grounded is against other mobile champs; their interactions with nonmobile champs do not change.) But if only Cass can do it it's (almost) completely worthless. This could be big, Riot. Please impress me.

Usually immobile champs have another benefit for their loss of mobility. riven tons of mobility no abilities that are ranged or more than what is it like 170 range on her q.

Slows are the most widespread CC in the game, if all of them suddenly disabled mobility skills, they'd be come way to powerful.

Imagine every champion with Rylais or Frozen Mallet suddenly having the power to permanently shutdown mobility skills? Brrrr.

I hate the Mobility overpopulation, but this isn't a good way to handle it.

The only real champions that SUPER need it would probably be: Singed W Ashe R Nunu R
