CAN WE GET MORE DIVERSE ITEMS?

I just need a damn full mr item without any damn useless ass cool-down when every tank item has cooldown I DONT NEED 100% CDR WHEN YOU CAN ONLY HAVE 40% WHY DOES EVERYTHING PROVIDE CDR???? like we use to have an item but.....its gone now and the new mr items dont have enough mr to be free standing (something like thorn mail or frozen heart but for ap) you could make it really expensive since a single mr item shouldn't provide full protection against mages (but theres so much magic pen its not like itll happen anyways)

Edit: why does no-one talk about this when someone like lux is doing 2k damage in a full combo to a tank or like talyiah where 3 damn qs do like 1400 damage its not possible to tank a mage more parts of the game and since theres usually only one mage and ADC's do alot of damage also you really need to make a decision and making the wrong one will prolly lose the game
