Waiting for Sion Rework Rework.

I've tried Sion and seen many play him, his kit is pretty bad IMO. His ult is only useful for running down the lanes or river. His Q takes so long to fully charge that everyone has the chance to just walk out of it, they can walk out of it even before he gets half cast for stun. His Q gets interrupted by everything. His passive is pretty useless when all the enemy has to do is runaway and even with the movement speed buff he can't catch them.... He's suppose to be a CC bruiser and he can't even do that cause his CC is easy to dodge and everyone just runs away or sidesteps ult. He needs other members of his team to provide CC just so he can use his CC.... He's fun and i like the idea but the feel of his kit just doesn't mix well.
