Make Sions passive useful.
That movement speed buff that literally gives you 5 more movement speed, sion can't catch anyone and i mean anyone with his passive...

Lord help you when he does though. He hits like a train with that passive.
The MS buff is +50% for 1.5 seconds. The only reason it would literally give you 5 MS would be if you had been slowed, which means your problem is not the MS, but your opponent's CC.
Simply ignoring cc, which is the main problem, would be op. However, they could maybe make it so when you death surge it's like an olaf/ali ult in terms of breaking cc or being immune to it for a short time.
It LITERALLY gives a 50% boost. if you're only gaining 5 ms, something is horribly horribly wrong.
