Ability Draft Game Mode

Hello so most people who've played Dota will most likely recognize this game mode. I feel Riot should implement a game mode almost identical to Dota's, now i know its copying but considering there is so many Champions it can make for some interesting games.

**So the idea is all 10 players are dealt a random Champion, then in order everyone gets to pick from a pool of abilities from other champions. **

This can be a very fun game mode for people who are bored of ranked or normals and want other options instead of ARAM's. It's a just have fun who cares game mode where you could see some wacky builds. You can't tell me it wouldn't be fun to see something like a Rammus, Shunpo to an enemy and hit them with a Thundering blow.

On a more serious note, this would require an absolutely colossal amount of back-end work to function, so we'll likely never see anything like it. It is fun to contemplate, though.

Vi Alpha Strikes, punching everyone in the area. She then drives her fist into the ground sending jets of seawater cascading out from her slowing their escape, taking advantage of rage to punch all of them down. So much punch.

wouldn't this make getting drawn a champion with better base stats really overpowered? like if you get first choice of ability with a high base stat champion versus low base stat champion with last choice of ability?

Take for example caitlyn versus other adcs. She has a huge advantage in range that is made up for by not having great abilities compared to most adcs. Could you imagine if caitlyn could grab tristana's kit? Could be fun but would take a lot of work to balance, especially with champions whose identity is tied to one skill.

I always thought it would be more like item sets but with abilities for champs instead. That way the best possible combo can be made.
