New item: Nashor's Mail

Chain vest (750g) + Cloth armor (300g) + Crystalline Bracer (600g) = 1650g + 1000g = 2650g for Nashor's Mail

-Nashor's Mail 100 armor 300 Health point 100% base hp regen

Unique passive: The armor of this item can't be reduced in any way. ( This mean even if the enemy have armorpen, this item will still give 100 armor.)

Example: if you have 200 armor (100 from base and others items/rune and 100 from this items, and an enemy champion have last whisper, it will only reduce 35 and not 70. Howerver, versus flat arpen items, it will still reduce your armor, since you have armor from base armor who can be reduced or others items.

Unique Active: For 4 seconds, you are completely immune to all penetration (Both armor and magic resist can't be reduced at all) the passive is lost in cooldown. (90 seconds cooldown)

Great item if the enemy team kill you too fast, can counter last whisper and champ with %arpen like Kog, Yasuo, Trundle, etc , and a very good active. It doesn't last really long and have a long cooldown, but well used in a teamfight it will let tank soak some real damage.
