Gnar is not ok at all

I mean, I faced him as Camille. I was spacing properly and managed to stay ok for the most time when I was not dying because I got ping spike, but that's something different and not the problem. The problem I have is

How the hell did he outdamage me when I hit everything and I had and he had ??? What the fuck? Only using autos and Q, which is btw undodgeable at melee range and you can't wait it's CD out cause there is none, how the hell is he allowed to have triple my healt and still easily outdamage me?

Many people have the same opinion and that is that Gnar is one of those CertainlyT's abominations that should never be allowed to be strong (simply because of how generalistic that shit is but I'm not gonna play that "name all he's got and make him sound OP" game) and I get it's preseason and stuff, but that's the reason I'm making this thread: Gnar needs to be dealt with.

I mean, I'll get downvoted because people are gonna say I'm just salty and I had lag spikes in that game which is true, but that item scenario is clearly busted shit and shouldn't happen like ever. I mean, I'm ok with not killing him in that case, he had tank items afterall, but how the fuck does he outdamage me so easily? That trade lasted like two-three seconds, he shouldn't have won that at all and he even killed me.

That's so not ok. And he did not even have finished, that's the other thing, but was not a particular issue in that game because by the time he finished it I already got the fuck out of that lane, knowing I'd get fucked even more.
