Poppy Re-Work Update?

Riot, can we get an update on the Poppy Re-Work please? She is hands down my favorite champion (look, lore and overall playstyle), but the serious amount of insults, flaming, and overall hell i catch every time pick (or try to pick) her makes it almost not worth it. I've read a bunch of official responses from earlier this year about plans for a massive sion-level re-work in 2015. Is that still the plan? Are you guys able to elaborate any more at this time?

She is so much fun and I really want to be able to play her viably in ranked (or even normals) without catching so much heat. The times I am successful all of a sudden they love me (cause she dominates), but if I struggle even a little in any particular game oh do the fingers start pointing and the insults fire away. Loads of people even threaten to report me cause of "Troll Pick". Makes for really bad game/team synergy right from the start.

I just want to play Poppy. HALP!
