Full account reset purchase from the store

I thought today that it would be kinda cool to be able to purchase an account reset from the store. You could keep your name, unlocked champions/skins, and rune pages (If you bought them). Start again at level 1 fresh, and re-unlock rune slots and whatnot all over again. But the tier 3 runes you had wouldn't be available until you were the appropriate level. Might be kinda cool to start all over again without having to make a new account, and the reset could be pretty expensive maybe and it would still save the person some money by not having to re-purchase skins and whatnot.

Why? All this could be used for is to ruin the lives of people who left their computer unattended while logged in with douchebag friends around.

Or if their acc is otherwise compromised.

I cant exactly see a reason for doing this if you keep all your stuff. Maybe to make your win-rate more up to date but even then, why not have a function that is like a monthly win-rate?
