Snow ARURF Tier List
This is my personal Tier list of ARURF after playing ~50 games, and since this mode only has 60 champs, I think I have seen all it has to offer.
God tier/Auto Win -

Great/Carry Most Games -

Good, especially when fed -

Bad, expect your team to carry (mostly ADCs) -

Crap, reroll at all costs/Very Frustrating -

God Tier Champs can easily get to the point where they can 3v1 in a fight or instantly delete opponents within a second. When fed/scaled enough they are looking for blood and imo can HARD carry almost every game.
Great Champs can still hard carry games but lack the 3v1 potential of the God champs. These guys can usually insta-kill adcs or any squishy in their way.

Good Champs are well...good. If fed enough early they can kill and carry the game if no one stops them. These champs can excel in lane, even better than the God/Great champs but will get out scaled when the map opens up. Most of these champs can get insta-killed by the higher tier champs or they just lack the burst to compete.
Bad Champs are sadly just food for most AP mages and all of the champs above. Mostly these adc's lack mobility to get away if suddenly surprised by an enemy right next to them. Some of these champs have decent 1v1 potential but it better be a very favorable match up and don't expect to hard carry your game. If you are one of these adc's you are better off just split pushing and taking objectives all game, since you can't fight most champs 1v1.
Crap Champs are the worst.
both have low mobility, low burst, slow telegraphed abilities, big targets, easily kited, and can't tank well since damage in urf is so high and they can't catch anyone. If you are stuck with one of these two, just group and hope for the best.
