When will Riot fix overpowered Riven?

I've completely had it with the insane overpowering kit that Riven has. Even after her supposed "nerf" she is still way to powerful. Her kit gives her extreme mobility to both engage and disengage. Not to mention great escapes with wall bounce. Also all her abilities have way to short of a cooldown at max level. If you max CDR with her like most people she becomes able to chain all her abilities none stop. Her shield with its AD scaling makes it so all she has to buy as much attack damage as possible and still be able to be tanky. Not to mention since her shield has such a low cooldown it will negate most damage over time champs or spells. i.e. (ignite, zed ult). Lets not forget the most overpowered ult of all. It increases all her attack damage while active then when used wipes champs based off percentage of health missing. Ever walked into a bush to be instantly wiped by a Riven with active ult?

If Riot is so concerned about game balance why then do they allow a champ with so much unstoppable force to be continued. Her kit makes her an incredibly powerful assassin yet bruiser at the same time. Not the mention her sustain in lane with no resources to worry about other than health. How can you not see that Riven has become this untouchable God. So to sum it all up Riven has way too short of cooldowns with unstopping burst potential, has to only build attack damage and can still be a bruiser and an assassin at the same time, lane sustain with no resources, and an overpowered ult that makes her already overpowered kit unstoppable.

Please if you feel the same way I do let Riot know that Riven is a broke ass bitch.
