Can we punish players for throwing??????

Why in the hell is afk farming a side lane and refusing to do anything with the team not getting punished. I am so sick and fucking tired of teammates refusing to do anything but farm side lanes and purposely losing the game. It is griefing, treat it like it. I'm not talking about champs like trynd who are designed to split push, but champs like trist or ahri refusing to fight with the team and going to a side lane the whole game.

Millions of years of evolution has lead up to my team slowly pushing back after we outscaled the enemy team, and then my adc making the life changing decision to run it down and farm minions by themselves, instantly making the support on our team completely useless as the enemy team ran it down and took all of our towers while we lacked damage to actually kill them.

This is the way it was meant to be.
