How to practice?
How do I practice for ranked?
I mean, I can't play normals because I get matched with people two leagues below me. (not divisions, leagues)
So i guess I have to find other people of the same elo and play customs?

just play ranked.. You learn you get higher. You pay others your lp to learn and worse players pay lp to learn from you. If you care that much about what people think (which they shouldnt its not like anyone here is challenger or on an lcs team so being bronze/silver/gold means nothing since everyone else is bad too so they cant shit talk you) just make a smurf and play on that if you cant get over ladder anxiety.
