So let's talk about blinds...

I play a lot of alistar, like 200 games in ranked so I have always wondered what's up with blinds not counting as disables? When i'm against a quinn or teemo their blinds do not get removed from my unbreakable will. The teemo blind isn't that big of a deal but I feel like if I have the skill I should be able to ult quinn blind and combo her. Like qss removes it and if I recall qss removes disables so does alistar ult. I dunno if it's meant to be or just something overlooked but it kind of ticks me off.
