Let's talk about leavers and afkers

I'll admit, I'm decently mad because in my last 2 out of the 3 ranked games I have gotten 2 afks and 1 afk respectively. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not bashing the current system that is in place for afks as I think it is very reasonable and it works rather well. However, I think, and hopefully others do too, that in ranked the punishment should be a bit more severe. Now, i'm not saying anything related to a ban as that is already in place, I simply propose a "timeout" of sorts for players who afk in ranked games. I don't think this should be enacted in normals because to me they are not as serious and I only use them for practice thus I don't care about winning nearly as much, obviously it still is bad, but I think the punishment in place already is enough for them.

Let's get on to talking about the time out shall we? I think if Riot enacted a system where when a player afks in a ranked game they go into a zone where they must play 5-10 normal games without afking and if they do afk then the leavebuster system can handle it or a more severe version of this could be used. The only downside is that the afk percentage would probably rise in normal que, that may be a problem but to me personally I don't think afking in normals is nearly as bad as in ranked games. This is only a suggestion, I think it's a decent one with flaws but I hope that somehow it will be enacted into the system as did the "remake" command which works very well might I add.
