[GAMEPLAY] Face of the mountain not having timer

When I buy face of the mountain on supports and I use it I should be able to ping the item since it's on cd to show when it's back up. It works for locket, randuins mikaels and other items, including some that shouldn't even have this option (Infinity Edge). I think you should also be able to ping it to show how long until your next charge since it does that with sight stone.
