twisted fate - maybe some buffs?

he kinda needs some buffs honestly if you think about it the only time you will ever win lane is with jungle pressure or your lane opponent being completely incompetent. his mid game is fine if u can survive but seriously thats the thing you have to survive while competing for farm, hes like vayne without the reward. considering how easy he is to kill (having absolutely no MR gains from leveling and a ridiculously small mana pool) could we maybe at least make his Q cost less mana at lower levels or have his blue card give more mana back? I think these are not unjust things to ask for but please be considerate to the guy whos countered in mid lane by everyone.

seriously though at level 6 you have enough mana for a rwq and boom your oom. better hope your other laner can do damage because all you have is and

You do realize that TF has an ultimate that teleports him to other lanes, right? You're not supposed to win your lane, you're supposed to win other lanes. TF also has a good late game with strong, consistent poke and a low cooldown, 2 second targeted stun.

Was going to say this, TF's main goal is to get his items by farming, then snowballing other lanes with his absurd presence.

He's also RELATIVELY safe (not as safe as some champions, but his main farming tool having over 1k range makes him significantly harder to gank).

Winning his own lane certainly helps, but its by no means required.
