Can we please fix Kassadin already?

3 simple changes would make him viable again,

R: Empowerment stack duration down to 10 seconds. This seems low but with how often he can spam it now, it's actually pretty high, and don't forget the range isn't as high anymore.

W: Cooldown changed to 9,8,7,6,5 W: Damage changed to 40/80/120/160/180 + 0.7AP

For a melee ability W is the weakest ability in Kassadin's arsenal at the moment. Stacking and Melee abilities should be more powerful to compensate for the fact that it's not a poke ability.

E: Damage changed to 60/90/140/160/190 + 0.8AP
