Please reduce the 10% CDR
10 minutes and I think you have to recall to get it? That is pretty awful especially since games get out of hand so quickly now.
I think 7 minutes would be better.

Yeah but you used what, all blues + quints to get it? This is only one of your 5 non-keystone runes.

with the 5% mastery you could start with 10% to 15% cdr lvl 1. this was important for certain champions like nasus.
exigentomic1 votesIt's a late game trade off. It's not something you're supposed to be able to take every game vs any matchup. You pay a large price considering that many game are nearly decided in 10 minutes.
