I remember at some point Riot finally got around to looking at Kassadin as a champ that didn't allow for much counterplay. He felt oppressive and it was nigh impossible to catch and kill him unless he was the aggressor and somehow made a gross error. As his kit had a lot of built in cc and he had the ability to flash spam everywhere.

I find some similarities with LeBlanc's kit. I don't believe she is overpowered in a pro competitive format but her kit, imo, doesn't allow for enough trading.

I see more x kills/1 death/y assists end game scores on LeBlanc than any other champion. Her ability to pick her fights and burst people down with zero interaction isn't very enjoyable to play against. I think her entire kit would be fine, even with her ability to flash away from danger. I wouldn't even mind giving her a little extra something somewhere to round her out.

But that passive.....it takes a lot of work mid/late game to pin a LeBlanc down without eating her 100 to 0 burst. And when you do, she skips away like Shack with her distraction, invisibility, and distancing spell that gives her a head start in escaping.

I'd like to see that removed for justice and prosperity. Give her something other than another way to cheat death. She doesn't seem to have interactive tradeoffs for targeting her unless you can 100 to 0 her in turn. The risks are very high to engage on her and it ends up souring even when you are the decisive Victor in the trade.

Again, like I said this isn't about needing LeBlanc, I'd just like to see her be more fun to play against throughout the game and have more risk in her own kit of dying when caught. Right now she doesn't have that. It can just be a very lousy experience when LeBlanc gets up a few as she has so much threat, but feels so little herself even if she misses her abilities. I'd like to see more danger put into her kit should she miss or get caught.

I may be the minority here, but 8/1/5 games seem like it comes to LeBlanc too easily. I don't mind the assassin aspect it's just the frustration in trying to finish her off is stupidly close to Nidalee, probably worse as flash range is superior to pounce, especially now.

Right now her passive is on a 1 minute cooldown, If anything they'll make it a 1 minute and 30 second cooldown. Then again its not like her passive is something like anivia or khazix. I do main LeBlanc but Im not gonna be a butt and say she doesnt need nerfs, but I can really see them making her passive a longer cooldown.

Clone is not the problem, problem is that she disappears for 1 sec

He passive is fine. It's the lack of counter-play in the other parts of her kit that make her have low interactivity in the laning phase.

What I find really annoying is how she can half/1hit anything with two ap items if she gets a lead. I'd understand if she had three items, and one of the items was a Rabadons cap. I just find her to hard to deal with as she has damage+utility.

Indeed the Kassadin nerfs were justifiable but if you take a look, his damage output now is extremely weak early on, and his Ultimate ability; his ace in the whole is that mobility, which even then is mana gated. Meanwhile Leblanc has a dash that she can instantly blink back to which makes catching her when she's low practically impossible. I'm not calling for a gutting, but they need to lower the base damage and buff the AP scaling, so that her getting a lead/snowballing is what makes her such a monster. Not "oh she got one kill, gg guys"
