Like the title says, if you have a teammate who ragequits early. And I mean an obvious ragequitter, not like at level 11, but like at level 2-3 and costs your team the game the LP loss for your team should be cut in half. It's complete BS that we lose a full round of LP because 1 moron couldn't figure out how to play a whole round.
abuse able, especially for people on throwaway accounts duoing, and not only that once the game seems lost someone actually trolling would stay in game for everyone else to lose full LP. could also cause one guy who is just doing poorly to be relentlessly flamed to get him to afk.
on paper this sounds great but it also wouldnt work because its next to damn near impossible to actually judge whether an AFK is intentional unless there is a blatant admission in chat.
