Why is Matchmaking so terrible

No Riot, pairing an unranked player with Gold and some silver in between and a plat player is not good matchmaking. It's terrible.

2 silvers and a plat player doesn't equal full high gold opponents.

Two oranges doesn't equal three pears.

You can't sprinkle in a plat player with an unranked team and expect a decent game and not a clown fiesta. I haven't played a single match that such teams made for a good game and not a rage inducing fest.

Reasons #1) Smurfs #2) Duo's #3) New Accounts placed in Silver and not Iron

All of these screw up Match making by making a player look like some MMR they are not. It #1 and #2 create Boosted accounts (most of them in Silver), #3 creates boosted accounts in silver by design. This all makes Silver and Gold full of Boosted accounts and Smurfs. If you are a SoloQ player you are fuked.
