So sense it looks like Juggernaut is going to be taken out of the game. Tanks need a item that will give them Tenacity that's not , because some tanks need to grab Tenacity but some need more MS. So this is what I thought up

Juggernaut Cost: 2350

Health: 500 HR: 100% CD: 10% Tenacity: 35% Passive: Grants a shield that absorbs up to 30 + (10 per level) damage. This shield refreshes after no damage is taken from enemy champions for 9 seconds
