AP Volibear

I was thinking of some stuff that might help out Volibear on He's AP.

First Q I think he should have a AP% that he can have. It's still physical damage

Second I was thinking of R does applies as Spell damage on tops it being a AA. With will help Voli being able to use and on his R. So it can feel better late game when he uses it.

I'm not talking about a full AP Volibear I'm just saying giving him some AP into his built. So you can build him in a different way. If you think there would be any nerfs for these changes. just say something.
