So I faced Cho and I didn't like it
If you get any close to him his AA will now slow you then you get knocked up by his, silence so you can't do shit and then eared by true dmg.
I just want to know why his new AA have a slow, it's like he has a frozen mallet
Sire Hippington3 votesBecause without a reliable cc, he's totally shit. However, now where he has some decent reliabillity, it just shows how overtuned his numbers are. Especially the stack-scaleing %damage on E is rather absurd, reaching 10%hp per AA later on is quite possible, and his ult hitting for over 1k truedamage is a bit high aswell, seeing that Q and W are also do above average damage.

Escheton2 votesBasically JUGGERNAUT. (it's caps because Cho gets BIG) You can easily kite and poke him, but if you get close or fail to juke a heavily telegraphed slow(having a delay) ability you will pay. Hard.
It's why champs like Cho and Illoai do better in low elo. Darius is similar, but his kit allowed him to function in higher elo also.
Frankly I don't understand the slow on his new E. The damage being frontloaded was enough.
