I mean Rekkles was a god at AD Kennen, and seeing this, wonder if he's gonna bust that shit out.

He scales mostly with AP, but with the changes to his E give him attack speed after the MS buff ends.
Electrical Surge scales with AD/AP, but the ratio is much larger with AD with the bonus hit.
I'm not sure what Riot is trying to do with Kennen, but I feel like his AD will be solid but so will the AP build.
He's extremely Hybridy right now.
