the no ffers
is there anything more annoying than when you're in a match you know you can't win and when the surrender vote is called there's always two who vote no knowing that we can't win the match? [slayer-jinx-unamused]

welcome to NA
Are you diamond+? Otherwise, you don't 'know' you can't win, you just think you can't.
Not only are lower elo's worse at assessing game states, lower elos are also worse at actually ending games. So a game state where if it was 5 challengers versus 5 challengers then they'd 'know' the game was lost (both sides know when they can push to nexus and win), would not actually be a necessarily lost game in lower elos. Loads of times I see a team completely stomp the other and get to the point they could push for nexus and win, but instead go off and baron instead, or just farm kills or similar. A surprising fraction of those games actually end up where the stomped team is allowed to get to full build (removing the gold advantage entirely) and winning due to a single team fight.
we were gunna ff a losing match today. we were behind 20 kills, feel free to look at my last game. enemy jungle was 3/0/1 enemy tf was 5/1 and the ezreal at 30 minutes in was 15/1.
i asked my team to ff this losing match, twice. Both times it went 2/3.
we won that game because we outscaled and we made perfect decisions on their bad decisions.
Dont ff untill the nexus dies.
