Kalista jungle, teemo APC bot, AP Shaco support. Kalista jungle can work because she can just stack AAs in a buff and then out do smite, she can also kite buffs really well. Personally I love playing Teemo APC bot with Heimgerdinger Support because it's really funny to watch the enemy botlane rage at how annoying you are (and free triples when the jungler starts to camp because enemy bot has been complaining too much)
