Singed Feels Too Bland

It just doesn't fit his 'mad chemist' personality. His abilities and gameplay lack the explosions and crazy colours and potions you'd expect from Singed. His basic gameplay involves toggling Q and keeping it on once you have . His advanced gameplay involves the above, but with pressing your W behind you and flipping them over your head.

Its just so bland, you know? You'd expect far more from a Mad Chemist, and one that just throws a cloud of poison over your head isn't very impressive. I'd expect Singed to have an arsenal of brews, potions, buffs, etc. Even for a measly 450 IP, he just doesn't feel like he's worth that much currently.

His kit is not thematically correct and decrepit. Riot hasn't completely forgot about him. His ability art doesn't look like s1 art. He could use a rework though. He is low priority. There's a few others like eve, cho'gath, yorick, and urgot who also have outdated kits. Cho'gath only works if the meta supports him. Eve doesn't work in the tank meta. Yorick can only spam gouls and win lane. Urgot is more like a bruiser than an ADC. We won't see those reworks until the York k rework, ww rework and assassin reworks have been released.

Singed is honestly bland on paper but he is incredibly unique in play. He has such simple abilities yet playing him well is complex due to how weak his early and how many options he has for builds. I am biased when it comes to singed but I don't think he needs a rework besides maybe his passive, since no champion in league plays like him. Also, seraph's embrace is not a very good item on singed
