Add a 'Bork' Sound to the active of BOTRK

Gabe the Dog has recently died, touching the hearts of many. M&G has expressed their sadness of his death, and I would like for there to be some sort of easteregg/mini event where when you use the active of BOTRK, it'll play the sound of Gabe borking.
