Manaflow band give 250 free extra mana and a passive regen based on missing mana . All the mage received at lvl 1 70 or more mana and a better mana regen for losing 25 mana per lvl instead of 50 per level . Idk wht there is to brag about it but i never had problem managing my mana but the item nerf are justified for getting extra damage on minion on the doran ring . Cass annie or annie ability spammable with low cooldown would mean you had infinite mana . It was braindead .

.. Some math and you can see after few levels it's a net Nerf. By level 18 my typical mana pool is cut in half (!!). Better regen means nothing when you don't have mana regen items to enhance it and band is a rune. You are basically saying they are making a good job binding a whole class into the use of a specific rune ("runes reforged will bring diversity".. Lol).
