Next champ re-work?

I was really satisfied with the Yorick champion re-work, Yorick was a champ that had a very low play rate and I was happy to see him back in the game so much, but now that we have the Yorick re-work released, it's time to start thinking about the next champion that can use a little tweaking. The only champions that come to mind when I say that, are SInged, and Urgot. Both of these champions I don't see played a lot almost like Yorick used to be and i'm sure everyone would like to see a crabgot back into normal play. Personally, I would really like to see a Singed rework, his kit seems a little clunky and it's too much like a running simulator, and if people know how to play him right, he is one of the strongest early game champions in the game being able to destroy anyone he lanes against in cs all the while poking his lane opponent with his bottled trail of cancer he leaves behind him. Who would you guys like to see re-worked or even brought back into the meta?
