I think that refunds in league should be like steam game refunds. You should be able to refund a skin if you havn't played more then 3 games with it, or have had the skin for 2 or less games. I think that It would be nice to be able to try out a skin without having to regret buying it...

What would be the point with doing that though? why wouldnt they just buy the skin perma? just like steam, you would be able to do that but there is no point because you still use the rp/money when you buy it.

For example, if they buy enough RP to purchase any 1820 skin, they would essentially "own" every skin in the store except for the ultimate skins. They could pay for a skin, play with it for a game, then return it and do the same with a completely different skin. This would seriously hurt the income Riot gets from skins.

Ah, that does make sense, but to counter that all you would have to do is allow only 2 or 3 refunds per month, it lets players buy a skin without having to worry about hating it, but also stoping people cheat the system like that.
