Question about reworked Fioras Passive

If a target with weak spots turns turns around, do they rotate along with the champions or do they stand still? I suppose its the latter, but I have no PBE access, so I cant test it out.

They are fixed to the map's axis, I assume.

Based on the video, it is a fixed compass position unrelated to champion orientation.
