Why does Riot have a PBE if they're going to blatantly ignore playtesting?
In other words, how is it OK that they can release 4 champion updates, and 3 of them will become overwhelmingly the best pick in that role (absurdly so in Skarner's case). Like, who's in charge of balance? What the fuck are they fucking thinking?
