Bring back reroling champion shards or mystery champion purchase fo IP

I was confused when reroling champion shards was removed as preseason started but then I thought unlocking a mystery champion would replace it. Turns out that that wasn't the case and the feature was only available as part of the special IP store.

Now I'm really disappointed because they seem to have removed every way of getting champions to a reduced price if you don't care which ones you get.

Please Riot bring one of the two back. There is no reason why not to.
