Evelynn has AD ratios on her spells except her ultimate.

Anyway if you go ad expect to be a bruiser type. I recommend getting runic echoes for mana sustain, then go titanic hydra into tank builds.

She has ad ratios too, and her E does physical damage along with attack speed.

But yeah, AP, and lich bane or similar item as a requirement, and Rylais' and Liandry are good choices too since her burst has been pretty much removed since her last rework.

hmm all right just early game she seems to hit for so little its hard to gank ;eople with out being toasted

She has like no base damage since all of her stuff is so low cd, so she requires items for her to start ramping up in damage, you really have to engage when they've blown escapes and there's a health advantage among your side vs theirs..especially since you don't have cc.
