If I had a nickel for every time my teammates said "Well why did you engage if I wasn't there?"

While they are spectating the team fight from the base, instead of making any course of actions, whatsoever.

I don't know.

I don't know what I would do with all that money.

You didn't roam towards the team fight, to make any potential play. You didn't caution ping us, to let us know we should fall back. You were (I'll give you the benefit of a doubt, waiting for some extra gold so you could buy your next item) AFK in base, watching what your allies can achieve without your contribution.

Thumbs up bro. You're a Class A troll.

If I had a penny for every team cap'n who can't do a head count before going ham or had no map awareness I would fund Shitty Pet Fkers for years...

If it's happening often, perhaps you should evaluate your decision making.

To the point though, there is actually ONE VERY GOOD reason for not roaming towards a fight/skirmish. If you can't get to a fight early enough to turn it, or to at least get clean-up kills, it's a terrible decision.

Few things frustrate me more than when I get caught out of position (say, trying to ward the enemy jungle) and I face near-certain death, I try to run and juke skillshots (they're going to have to EARN the kill, if I can get them to blow any flashes / ultimates that's a bonus) and then I see one teammate run towards me to try to save me, then I die as they arrive and a second teammate runs to try to save them, and so on. One certain death turns in to 2, then perhaps 3, maybe even 4 or 5. There is a time to CUT YOUR LOSSES.

Second point, if I see a teamfight/skirmish that I know I can't get to in time / turn around / get clean up kills on, I'm not going to go to it. So why are teammates mad at me for taking a turret or dragon while their team is distracted? Sometimes, the best result you can get is TRADING OBJECTIVES. In the end, even if a turret and 2 kills give the same gold, the turret is better because you need turrets to get the nexus, not kills. If a dragon giives the same gold worth of stats, you're denying the other team that dragon and giving your team a chance to get to 5.

Anyways, I don't know exactly what your situation is, just trying to help ;)

Are you serious?

Do you know what the words "spectating" & "AFK in base" mean?

Yes I know, trading objectives is what you should be doing if you can't team fight.

Maybe I should have written in BOLD WITH CAPITALS that the guy was SPECTATING IN BASE.

Perhaps "I" should evaluate my decision making? There's one thing, that I can single handedly prove without a shadow of a doubt.

IT'S THAT AFK IN WELL OR SPECTATING YOUR TEAMMATES TEAM FIGHTING WHILE STANDING STILL IS A BAD DECISION

There's something a lot of you people don't understand, it's that some people are not good at engaging in team fights. How do you balance that if you are someone who is good at team fighting?

Should we just not fight? Should we script a patrol button so we can avoid LeaverBuster protection, and go smoke a joint? Should we wait throughout the entire duration of the match, somehow clinging on to our Inhibitors and Nexus, until they DO figure out how to team fight?

Or should you just engage anyway, and try to make the best out of a bad situation? Man, I don't know what answers you guys got, but I only know the one answer.
