I don't play a lot of ADC so I had no idea she was in such a bad spot.
How do you do a class rework and leave a champ in such an abominable state?

You forgot her massive, constant aoe damage and godly ult in team fights.

Her walk speed is tied for highest among all adcs, and that's before counting her passive which puts her well ahead of all other base run speeds in the game her low range is necessary considering that hitting a single target means she'll likely hit EVERY target with her auto attacks, and her Q actually gives her a much higher threat range than most champions her damage is not mediocre in any sense of the word. You generally build a lot of raw AD on her so that her Q chunks opponents and the auto reset on her ricochet combined with the big AS boost afterwards becomes extremely scary, then you consider that she's dealing aoe damage throughout an entire team fight.
She's only sitting just below 50% winrate which is pretty reasonable as far as balance goes. She has clear niches that means she is always nice to have as a pocket pick for certain team comps that really want her ult.

Almost every ADC in the game builds crit I'm not sure what your point is.

Because of her Wave clear. I wanted to experiment with an ER build that makes her function more like an AD mage.

LadyRenly1 votesWhat's wrong with her? I know Riot loves to nerf her because she was an LCS favorite at one point, but her spellshield is 100% the reason I play her and that is more than enough for me, all ADCs do damage with auto attacks so how does she have mediocre damage?
