The health cost on Soraka's W should be removed and here's why...

Right so I listed bullet points as to why this is may not be a drastic buff for her...

• Her W already has a really high mana cost of 70, not to mention she needs to use that quite often to heal someone.

• Soraka's win-rate as most enchanter supports have gone down due to the obvious tanky support meta, but in my opinion she is quite a bad pick because she needs to sacrifice 10% of her max health each time to heal someone.

• There are already many ways of countering her even at early game such as, for the adc to buy this item that reduces healing by 40%, or just to simply focus her because she's squishy and very un-mobile.

• The final point I have with this 10% max health cost is that she can't sustain well herself without her R alone and even maybe , yes her Q heals her but the heal is so weak unless you actually got some Ability Power and even then her heal will be even more useless if the enemy has ways of applying Grievious Wounds to you.

What i'm trying to say is that try to look at this from the perspective of those who play her (i'm not a soraka player), one of my friends who loves her can't seem to be able to win a lot of games because other enchanter supports are just simply better and a safer pick.

But if this was seen as a really big buff to some there could always be a nerf somewhere else to compensate for the buff, but that's what I will leave for you who are reading this to decide what that should be. Let me know in the comments what you think about this.
